Proseco Sangria


I made this delicious refreshment for Em's Baby Shower!
It was a hit!
Plan for extra because people will be asking for MORE!


Ingredients

  • 1 peach    FROZEN MIXED FRUIT GOT THE JOB DONE!
  • 1 nectarine
  • 3 apricots
  • 5 ounces peach brandy
  • 1 bottle (750 mL) chilled Prosecco, (Italian sparkling wine) ALSO USED CHAMPAGNE!
  • 1 cup peach nectar  I SUBSTITUTED WHITE GRAPE JUICE. DO AS YOU WISH. THIS OPTION MADE IT EXTRA REFRESHING IF YOU ASK ME!
  • Superfine sugar (optional)  NO SUGAR NEEDED!

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, combine peach, nectarine, and apricots, all pitted and cut into wedges. Stir in peach brandy; let sit at least 1 hour. Stir in Prosecco and peach nectar. Add superfine sugar, if desired. Serve chilled.
